About the Role
As Operations Manager, you will oversee the coordination and servicing of all medical devices, ensuring seamless delivery, customer satisfaction, and process efficiency. You will manage 3rd-party service providers, optimise supply chain and logistics, and develop operational strategies to enhance service delivery.
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires problem-solving, strategic thinking, and a drive for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Service Coordination – Manage the servicing, delivery, and installation of medical aesthetic devices across Australia and New Zealand
- Supply Chain & Inventory Management – Track, order, and maintain inventory, ensuring compliance and timely stock availability
- Third-Party Contractor Management – Oversee service providers, ensuring high-quality maintenance and repairs
- Process Development – Implement and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive efficiency and service excellence
- Customer Support & Post-Sales Service – Manage customer inquiries, technical support, and post-sales service to maintain client satisfaction
- Reporting & Compliance – Handle ERP system reporting, stock take, and regulatory compliance (e.g., Test & Tag of electrical devices)
- Event & Trade Show Logistics – Allocate and dispatch devices for industry events, demos, and trade shows
Skills & Experience
- Operations, logistics, or service management experience
- Exposure to medical devices, engineering, or warehouse logistics highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and supply chain management platforms (SAP preferred)
- High attention to detail and process-driven mindset
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and implement new operational processes
