The Position:

• All aspects of prospecting and lead generating
• Database management
• Attend open homes & auctions
• Buyer management
• Attending appraisals & client / vendor appointments
• Diary management and scheduling appointments
• Liaising with vendors, tenants and tradespeople

Requirements:

• 6-12 months relevant experience ideal
• QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Driver’s license
• MUST have a passion for the Real Estate industry
• Excellent communication and presentation
• Outstanding organisation and time management
• This role is not your standard 9am - 5pm
