We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join our expanding business! The successful candidate will utilise prior accounts payable & receivable experience to ensure timely payment of invoices, and collection and record of customer payments.

• Initial 3-month contract, with 3-month extension (total 6-month engagement)
• Part-Time 25 hours per week
• $40 - $44 per hour + superannuation
• 5 days (3 days in office, 2 days WFH), 5 hours per day
• Hours can be made flexible to work around school or other commitments
• Based in our beautiful new Artarmon office
• Immediate start

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivables and collections
• Manage payables, including invoice reconciliation and troubleshooting
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards and financial statements.
• Manage credit card payments
• General administrative support for the financial department

Required skills and experience:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in AP & AR environment
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office. Experienced in MYOB
• Experience in Lightyear software highly regarded
• High attention to detail
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
