Bluefin Resources is proud to partner with a leading Financial services provider to recruit a Media Specialist to join their high-performing in-house media team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a media professional with strong digital and offline experience to play a key role in media planning, execution, and optimisation.
The Role

• Sitting within a 5-person media team, you will:
  Oversee media performance and optimisation across digital, ATL, and full-funnel marketing.
• Work closely with external media agencies to ensure seamless media execution.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across digital and offline media.
• Analyse campaign performance, extract insights, and drive data-led recommendations.
• Handle budget management, reporting, and finance reconciliation.

What We’re Looking For
🔹 5+ years of experience in media agency or inhouse
🔹 Strong knowledge of digital media, programmatic, social, and ATL.
🔹 Proven stakeholder management skills – confident in pushing back and prioritising.
🔹 Experience working with large budgets and multiple products.
🔹 A resilient, adaptable, and collaborative approach in a fast-moving environment.
🔹 Experience in financial services is a plus.
