Job tasks and responsibilities

• Minimum 4 years'experience and ideally a trade qualification
• Experienced in building frameworks and structures­ partitions, shutters-and bridge supports.
• Ability and fully competent in your trade with ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings,
• Competent in forming up / placing and dismantle formwork to suspended slabs, columns, beams, walls, footings and slabs on ground and traditional shuttering construction
• Top class planning and organisation skills.
• Excellent commandof English language skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent team player and be willing to travel and work away at other locations with the team when specific NEW projects require a designated crews to complete specific project milestones.
• Ability to work unsupervised, have great work ethic with a solution focused attitude
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety processes and procedures including the safe use of power tools and be able to include identifying tools that need to be repaired/replaced.
• Taking responsibility for the safe storage and secure lock up of all tools materials and vehicles when working away.
