Tyrepower Mannum is a small family owned business situated in Mannum, a popular township on the Murray River, only a short drive from Adelaide. A one-stop-shop for all your tyres, mechanical, automotive and autoparts needs. We work on a range of different vehicles from the daily drivers, weekend cruisers, 4WDs, trucks and agriculture machinery. We are seeking a qualified mechanic to join our team. The successful applicant will possess the following:

• Qualified Automotive Mechanic
• Strong diagnostics and fault finding skills
• Experience working on a range of vehicles for servicing and repairs
• Ability to work in the team environment, confidently when un-supervised and communicate with the workshop manger when needed
• Current full drivers licence, ability to drive manual vehicles
• Tyre fitting and air con experience would be advantageous but not essential
• 3rd or 4th year apprentices are also encouraged to apply

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform mechanical work and diagnostics as outlined on repair order including: servicing, brakes, suspension, steering and electrical work in a timely and efficient manner
• Road test vehicles when required
• RAA roadside assistance call-outs on a roster system, includes after hours and weekends when rostered on call
• Complete all required documentation accurately
• Successful applicant must have own tools
