About the role

The Executive Presence in partnership with Dynamic Automotive Co, a Shepparton/Kialla based Automotive Mechanic Business are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Mechanic to join an exciting role.

As a full-time Qualified Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles to the highest standard.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues in vehicles
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as servicing, oil changes, and tyre rotations
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients
• Maintain detailed records of all work carried out
• Ensure the workshop operates in a safe and efficient manner
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and industry best practices

What we're looking for

• Formal qualification in Automotive Mechanics or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Qualified Mechanic
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to high standards
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Passion for the automotive industry, including light automotive and 4wd performance, and a commitment to ongoing learning
