WOW Recruitment are seeking a Junior Business Development Manager to join a leading Solar Wholesale Client. In this role you will be responsible for generating and cultivating business relationships, building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities within the existing portfolio.

The ideal candidate for this position will have Solar (either Commercial or Residential) or Renewable Energy experience, along with proven work experience as a BDM or similar.

Location: Crestmead, QLD

Salary: $80,000 + Super + Uncapped Comission (OTE $130,000 +)

Key Responsibilties:

• Generate and develop business relationships with the aim to maximise both revenue and profitability, whilst working to support assigned sales targets in the region.
• Devise and deliver tailored presentations to potential customers, through a wide variety of techniques.
• Identifying prospective clients through cold-calling, networking and customer referals.
• Maintain retention of existing businesses and persue prospecting leads to expand client portfolio.
• Develop and maintain excellent company, competitor and industry knowledge.
• Understand clients needs, deliver exceptional customer service and build strong, trusting relationships

About you:

• Proven work experience as a BDM, Sales Development Rep, Sales Specialist or Similar.
• Disciplined Self-Starter, who is target driven.
• Enjoys a team environment and has the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong Time-Management skills and ability to focus.
• Dynamic, Agile with Strong Communication Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Related Field (Preferred).
• Drivers Licence.
