Exercise Physiologist – Swan Hill (Part-Time, 3 Days a Week)

About the Role:

This position offers the opportunity to work in a gym and pool space, delivering tailored exercise programs primarily for DVA and Medicare patients. The role is 3 days a week in Swan Hill, providing the chance to work independently in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and design personalized exercise programs, mainly for DVA and Medicare patients.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve physical function, strength, and overall well-being.
• Work independently in a gym and pool environment to help patients manage chronic conditions, injuries, or disabilities.
• Collaborate with the co-owner and other healthcare providers as needed to support patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and monitor progress.

About You:

• Accredited Exercise Physiologist with ESSA membership.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an AEP within a private clinical setting
• Strong knowledge and confidence in exercise prescription.
• Able to work independently and manage your own caseload.
• Experience with DVA or Medicare clients is preferred, but not essential.
• Ideally located in or around Swan Hill or willing to relocate (relocation package offered).
• Strong communicator with the ability to educate and motivate patients.
