As they continue to grow, they are looking for a skilled Payroll Officer with experience using HumanForce (TimeTarget) to join their team on a permanent basis. The Role

Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader, you will be a key player in the payroll team, ensuring smooth and efficient payroll processing for a large workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ End-to-End Payroll Processing – Process weekly payroll for approximately 1,500 employees.
✔️ Employee Lifecycle Management – Handle new starters, terminations, and adjustments.
✔️ Award & EBA Interpretation – Ensure compliance with industry awards and agreements.
✔️ Leave & Superannuation Processing – Manage annual leave, sick leave, and super contributions.
✔️ Payroll Queries – Provide support and resolutions for payroll-related inquiries.
✔️ Prior experience with NZ Payroll is beneficial

Your Profile

You are an experienced Payroll Officer with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

✔️ Proficiency in HumanForce (TimeTarget) – Essential for this role.
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
