The Role:

• Payroll Officer
• Full-time permanent
• $75-85k + super
• Immediate start available
• Inner suburbs of Melbourne
• Hybrid working

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all data, payroll changes, records are accurate
• Ensure the completion of all weekly payroll functions and procedures
• Processing End-to-end payroll process, terminations, adjustments, and classifications changes
• Provide the Payroll Manager with regular updates on relevant payroll issues
• Ensure that key payroll functions comply with the EA, relevant statutory and legislative requirements including timely processing of PAYG, Superannuation and any other Statutory payments
• Process Off Cycle Payments when required
• Maintaining pay and employee records
• Managing payroll inquiries

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in end to end payroll processing from a high volume environment
• Understanding of payroll procedures and legislation
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and ideally Netsuite
