About the role:
As a Graduate Consultant at Argon & Co, you'll embark on a dynamic two-year program designed to immerse you in various facets of the business. From Procurement to Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering & Reliability, Logistics & Distribution, Intralogistics, and Sustainability you'll gain invaluable exposure. Through a series of rotations and hands-on experiences with our key clients, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and personally. We aim to offer all graduates a permanent role at the end of the program.

This role can be based out of Sydney or Melbourne.
What you'll bring:
- A degree in Engineering, Science, or a comparable field with a focus on numerical and analytical disciplines
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience in industry or consulting
- Operational experience with a recognised organisation
- A strong track record in supporting operational transformations, specialising in manufacturing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical capability
- Experience delivering impactful projects and effectively engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
- Work experience in manufacturing within FMCG or similar environments.
Key Requirements:
- Recently completed or completing in 2025, a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics & Transport Management, Data Science or Analytics, Business, or any other relevant numerical field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A mindset to approach every problem with a bespoke solution.
- Leadership experience demonstrated through previous employment or extracurricular activities while studying at university.
- Proven ability to work within a team environment.
- Results-focused, resilient, and resourceful.
- Initiative and a desire to challenge yourself and continuously keep learning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
This role will require flexibility for travel throughout Australia.
