About Us

Yanchep Lavender Farm is a family-run business dedicated to growing, harvesting, and producing high-quality lavender essential oils and handmade products. From a small venture to an award-winning operation, we now produce everything from essential oils to honey.

As we prepare for spring 2025, we're looking for a hands-on Horticulturalist / Gardener to help revitalize our lavender fields.

The Role

This 6-month casual contract focuses on pruning, fertilizing, weeding, and replanting to ensure a healthy, productive crop. You'll be working outdoors, maintaining and improving plant health ahead of the next harvest.

Key Responsibilities

• Pruning and shaping lavender plants
• Fertilizing and improving soil conditions
• Weeding and maintaining garden beds
• Replanting where necessary
• General farm maintenance as required

About You

✔ Experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture
✔ Comfortable with physical outdoor work in varying conditions
✔ Strong attention to detail and plant health
✔ Able to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Driver’s license preferred but not essential
