What You'll Do:

• Be the Detective: Unravel the mysteries behind behaviours of concern and conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the individual's unique needs.
• Craft the Masterplan: Develop personalised behaviour support plans that empower individuals and promote positive change.
• Become the Mentor: Guide and train support networks, equipping them with the tools and strategies to implement the plans effectively.
• Celebrate Success: Monitor progress, celebrate achievements, and continuously refine strategies to ensure ongoing growth and well-being.

Your Superpowers:

• Empathy and Understanding: You have a genuine passion for working with individuals with disabilities and their support teams.
• Communication Guru: You're a master at building rapport and communicating effectively with diverse individuals.
• Creative Problem-Solver: You approach challenges positively and think outside the box to find solutions.
• Registered and Ready: Ideally, you're a registered Behaviour Support Practitioner (or working towards it) with a solid understanding of the NDIS and relevant legislation.
• Qualified and Compassionate: Even if you're not a registered BSP, your background in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Allied Health, Social Work, Psychology, Early Childhood, or Teaching, coupled with your passion for positive behaviour support, makes you a fantastic candidate!
