About Seatech Marine -

• Largest team on the Gold Coast and we have been here since 1988
• Authorised dealer for Volvo Penta, Caterpillar, Kohler, Cummins Onan and Vetus Maxwell but we also work on other selected brands
• We work on superyachts to tenders giving you a huge variety of work
• A supportive and fun team that is in place to back you up
• Onsite, well stocked parts department & a fleet of mobile service vehicles

Requirements

• Trade qualified in a mechanical field (can be from other mechanical industries not just marine)
• A passion for boats and being on the water
• Strong diagnosis skills
• Self motivated, team player and can work as part of a team or unsupervised
• Diesel and or petrol experience
• 12v diagnosis and rectification experience
• Full Drivers licence required and boat licence preferred
• Reliable, punctual, trustworthy and with excellent attention to detail

Duties:

• Servicing & maintenance of engines and drivelines – Volvo Penta, Caterpillar and other quality brands
• Servicing & maintenance of Marine Generators – Kohler, Onan and other major brands
• Engine and systems diagnosis and repairs
• Conduct on-water testing and vessel collection and deliveries
• New engine installations and fit ups
• Communicate clearly and effectively with the team & customers
