About the role
The Finance Transformation Lead is a key leadership role responsible for driving and overseeing the successful execution of the organisation's finance transformation strategy.
This role will lead the implementation of new systems, processes, and technologies to modernize the finance function, improve efficiency, enhance data-driven
decision-making, and support the organisation's overall strategic objectives. This includes a focus on streamlining operations, improving financial reporting, and ensuring compliance within the complex aged care funding environment.

About you
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications, experience and skills experience:
- Bachelor Degree qualified
- CPA or CA Qualification preferred but not essential
- Significant experience in a complex accounting environment.
- Substantial experience in finance leadership roles.
- Proven experience in the transformation of finance processes,experience in implementation of new systems is highly desirable
- Demonstrated track record of business improvement projects.
- Strong understanding of financial systems (e.g., ERP, budgeting & forecasting, reporting & analytics) and data management principles. Experience with cloud-based solutions is advantageous.
- Proven ability to lead and manage change effectively, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to build strong relationships and influence across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
- A strong understanding of the aged care sector, including funding models, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools is also desirable.
