Talenza have been engaged to source a Lead Business Analyst for a key Australian financial services organisation.

• 2 Year Fixed Term Contract

Location: Sydney CBD with office attendance 50%

Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years Business Analyst experience
• Prior experience as a Lead Business Analyst including leading, performance management, coaching, mentor and motivating other BA's to uplift their capability and showcase best practice
• Prior experience running a small BA practice and across multiple programs, as well as passion for coaching and growth of business analysts.
• Technology program understanding: infrastructure would be advantageous but not a must
• Prior experience working on operational improvements
• Business Analysis and Lean Six Sigma qualifications advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills as the role will involve senior stakeholder management
• Prior waterfall and agile project delivery experience

No prior financial services experience required for consideration

Additional Details:

• Start Date: Late January
• 2 rounds of interviews

• $160,000 - $178,000 package (inclusive of super), based on relevant experience
• Sydney office attendance 50% days per week
