About the role

Climat Air Conditioning & Solar is seeking a full-time HVAC Service Mechanic to join our team in Adelaide, SA . Being the largest Daikin & Mitsubishi Electric dealer in South Australia, Climat is looking for an experienced and skilled mechanic that can perform maintenance, repair services and warranty issues for a range of residential and light commercial air conditioning systems.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning systems
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing on a variety of equipment
• Comply with all safety and environmental regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Keep detailed records of all work completed
• Mentor and train junior technicians as required

What we're looking for

• Formal qualifications in refrigeration and air conditioning, such as a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• Minimum 3 years' experience as an air conditioning mechanic, ideally in a service or maintenance role
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional approach
• Current driver's license and reliable transportation
