About the role

Novar QLD Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Concreters to join our team in Brisbane QLD. As an Experienced Concreter, you will be responsible for all aspects of concrete work, from preparation to finishing, to help deliver high-quality projects for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Pouring and finishing concrete to specified requirements
• Operating concrete vibrators, choppers and other relevant equipment
• Ensuring work is completed safely and to industry standards
• Collaborating with the broader construction team to deliver projects on time and within budget

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Concreter, with at least 2-3 years' hands-on experience in the trade
• Strong understanding of concrete pouring, and finishing techniques
• Proficient in the use of concrete-related tools and equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Strong communication and teamworking skills
