Our client is seeking a System Analyst to ensure the stable operation and support of services across various Administration Platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, investigating, analysing, developing, configuring, testing, documenting, and providing recommendations to improve system functionality and operations
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong experience with Sonata or similar superannuation platforms.
- Expertise in software development, system configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of agile development practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and iterative project delivery.
- Ability to investigate, analyse, and document complex business functions and technical processes.
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, analysis, and specification to drive system improvements and enhancements.
