Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for coating, ensuring parts are cleaned and free of contaminants.
• Skilfully apply powder coatings to various metal substrates ensuring even and defect-free finishes.
• Maintain and clean equipment and application tools.
• Conduct regular checks and maintain quality control throughout the coating process.
• Work in tandem with a team to achieve daily targets.
• Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations within the workshop.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
• Delivery and pickups

Requirements

• Familiarity with the tools, equipment, and techniques used in powder coating.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail ensuring high-quality finishes.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
• Manual drivers license preferred.
