We're seeking a dedicated Technical Support Officer to join our team for approximately 25 hours a week in a casual position. Working alongside industry experts, this role offers an exciting opportunity for driven individuals to excel from day one, with opportunities to expand.
As a Technical Support Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess previous customer service experience, technical knowhow and a proactive approach to learning. Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others are essential.

Duties
- Provide top level customer service via chat / email and phone.
- Help customers sign up and get connected
- Resolve technical problems.
- Take payments and update customer details.
- Escalate complex technical problems.
- Help customers connect their devices to Wifi.
Skills and experience
- Proven strong customer service experience
- Proven experience and capability with IT
- Networking experience is desirable
- Willing to work flexible hours between 8am and 10pm, including weekends
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- Good customer communication skills
- A self-motivated, positive and enthusiastic approach to delivering exceptional support
- Capable of working autonomously, and as part of a team
- Experience in a call centre or similar helpdesk environment is desirable
- Speaking a language other than English is desirable but not required
