We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Support Officer to join a large organisation on the Sunshine Coast. This is a contract role to begin early March, through until the end of the financial year, with extension possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support, development, maintenance and management of the organisations desktop/mobile phone environment to ensure a secure, stable and efficient desktop computer environment
• Identify and resolve operational, hardware, software, printing and connectivity issues on the desktop and mobile phone environment
• Identify and resolve network and telecommunications issues as required by the Network and Communications team.
• Manage the installation, replacement or relocation of computers, printers, and peripherals across all departments. Including client and vendor liaison, and the management of staff to assist in large rollouts.
• Assist in the development and distribution of software to the desktop using packaging tools. Assist in the distribution, delivery and support of telecommunications mobile phones devices services as required.
• Develop and maintain specific Standard Operating Environment (SOE) desktop builds for standalone and remote computers
• Develop innovative solutions for new, complex and wide-ranging problems, which affect the SOE desktop environment. Support the desktop operations area in a customer focused fashion and by working in a team environment.
• Such other relevant duties as required from time to time which would fall within the scope of this position.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or other relevant qualification and/or experience in an Information Technology Services environment.
• Current “C” Class Drivers Licences
• Experience Intune, SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, software deployment and application support.
• Knowledge of O365 Administration
• Experience in servicing, maintenance and support across technology equipment such as, computer systems, Laptop and Smart phones, smart devices, networks and, printers.
