What you will do: As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care that supports the health, wellbeing, and dignity of elderly residents. You will work alongside our Registered Nurses and play a vital role in ensuring high-quality care. Duties Include:

• Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives
• Development and evaluation of individualized resident care plans
• Supervision and support for Care Workers
• Clinical care, including wound management, palliative care, and medication management
• Liaison with medical and allied health care staff
• Provision of safe, high-quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Positive resident experience through a resident-first approach

To be successful you will need:

• Current APHRA Registration as a Div. 2 Enrolled Nurse – MANDATORY
• NDIS Worker Clearance – MANDATORY https://workerscreening.dsdsatsip.qld.gov.au/
• Unlimited working rights in Australia– MANDATORY
• Minimum Experience: One-year of experience as a enrolled nurse in a residential aged care setting - MANDATORY
• 2-years of experience as an enrolled nurse in a residential aged care setting (Desirable)
• Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients
• Be passionate about delivering a person-centred approach to care
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
