An opportunity exists for motivated and experienced level 2 Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join REDHS on our Yalukang Aged Care Team. These positions will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and provide a high standard of effective resident care in line with the Aged Care philosophy. You will use your excellent clinical skills and experience to ensure our residents receive the best care possible.
As a nurse within Aged Care you will utilise a resident centred issue solving approach to the planning and delivery of nursing care, ensuring the privacy and dignity of residents is maintained at all times. You will develop effective relationships with residents, their families/carers and members of the health care team.
The successful applicant/s will bring the following:
- Experience in Aged Care Nursing
- Excellent clinical skills
- Excellent patient-centred care and assessment skills
- Strong communication skills
- Enthusiastic Team Worker
- Hold a current nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Medication endorsed and have broad clinical experience
- You must be available to work all shifts across Aged Care

Rochester and Elmore District Health Service (REDHS) is situated in Rochester which is the gateway to the mighty Murray River region and close to the regional centres of Echuca, Bendigo and Shepparton.
We are an integrated rural health service, providing a broad range of acute, residential aged care, preventative and primary health programs to a population of approximately 8,600 people in the Campaspe and Bendigo Shires.
We enjoy a strong relationship with our community and we are focused on delivering services that meet their needs.
Following the flood in October 2022, we commenced an extensive rebuild of our facility which was completed in January 2025.
