Programmed Skilled Workforce is seeking experienced Landscapers and General Hands for our landscaping clients based on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. Our clients are committed to offering long-term career growth opportunities!

To join our team, you will demonstrate:

• Landscaping, Gardening, or Horticulture experience (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work both within a team and independently
• A safety-first mindset, with a clear understanding of high-quality standards
• Flexibility with duties and working hours (Monday to Friday with varying shifts)
• Willingness to obtain or already possess a Police Check and WWCC (Blue Card)
• A valid Driver’s License and reliable transport
• Willingness to travel between sites across the Sunshine Coast
• Physical fitness, reliability, and a commitment to outdoor work in a long-term role

Role responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Landscaping and gardening tasks
• Garden maintenance, including mowing, pruning, hedging, and raking
• Manual handling duties
• Adherence to WH&S procedures, implementing required practices as needed
