About the role

We have a vacancy for an experienced full time Senior Hairdresser or Third year Apprentice to join our vibrant team. This role is an exciting opportunity to showcase your hairstyling expertise and contribute to the success of our growing business.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Delivering exceptional hair services, including cut, colour, and styling, to our valued clientele
• Providing expert advice and recommendations to clients to achieve their desired look
• Ensuring high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
• Mentoring and guiding junior stylists to develop their skills
• Maintaining a clean and organised work station

About You

Along with your strong work ethic and previous experience you'll have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a qualified hairdresser, with a proven track record of excellence in hair cutting, colouring, and styling
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a exceptional client experience
• Ability to be proactive, show integrity and be a confident ambassador for the business and your team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Full Australian working rights
• Positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
