Senior Hairdressers Required

Bob’s Barber Shop Karingal located in Karingal Hub Shopping Centre is requiring experienced senior hairdresser/barbers to join our team. Bob’s is a long standing salon focused heavily on mens hairdressing and barbering. We specialise in short hair cuts, beard trims, face and head shaves. We pride ourselves in maintaining a strong clientele as a result of our friendly team and dedication to customer service.

Senior Hairdressers with a minimum of 5 years qualified experience required to support a client base as well as providing training assistance and mentoring to junior Hairdressers and barbers.

Requirements:

• Ability to service clients to exceptional standards with a strong focus on cutting techniques.
• Ability to confidently use a cut throat razor and preform head and face shaves.
• Ability to create shaved hair patterns and tattoos.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Exceptional customer service standards.
• Basic reception and cash handling abilities.
• Ability to train, educate and mentor junior staff

Position is full time.

Annual Sally Rage 74,500+ superannuation
