Hours: Monday – Thursday 2:00pm – 10:00pm, Friday 2:00pm – 8:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment such as compactors, balers, and crushers
• Fault finding & general maintenance on client sites
• Travelling across Ballarat & surrounding areas, ensuring minimal downtime for equipment
• Working independently while keeping in touch with a supportive service team

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Field-based experience on heavy equipment (compactors, balers, crushers, or similar)
✔️ Strong diagnostics & fault-finding skills
✔️ Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload
✔️ A proactive, self-starting attitude with a commitment to quality service
