Workfast is currently seeking experienced Boilermaker/Welder/Fabricators to start in the next 2-3 weeks in Dandenong, VIC.

Welding beams and cutting steel, reading of plans. MIG and possible ARC welding are required + fabricating.

High light:

• $52-$55 per hour + superannuation
• 8 - 10 hours per day
• Monday to Friday + OT loading
• Dandenong, Melbourne VIC
• Day shift positions 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

Qualification and Skills Required:

• Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
• Australia Trade Certificate Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade Boilermaking/Welding
• White card
• Experience in MIG and ARC + boilermaking
• Able to read plans and drawings
• Ability to complete police checks, drug and alcohol and medical

• Should be competent to read drawings and work independently
• Welding beams and cutting steel
• Fabricating frame and structure in the factory
• No onsite work, no project work
• Ability to perform repetitive and physically demanding duties
• Complete ad hoc duties as assigned by the site supervisor
