Our Client, an established Department located in North Canberra is seeking an enthusiastic Test Analyst to join their growing team. As a Test Analyst, you will be driving quality assurance across the Fintech project, ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and reliability of new technology. You'll develop and execute test plans, lead testing activities, collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions, and undertake SIT and UAT activities. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong functional testing and UAT experience.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Work with development and business teams to understand product release scope;
• Review the already documented detailed test plans and requirement documents;
• Develop detailed test scenarios, and test scripts for specific releases;
• Undertake testing activities, including functional, integration, and regression testing, for each release cycle;
• Report and track the resolution of issues identified during testing, ensuring timely fixes;
• Assist with issue triaging and develop comprehensive test reports;
• Undertake SIT and UAT activities and work in collaboration with Business areas and the Test Manager.

Required experience/skills:

• At least 4 years of hands-on functional testing experience;
• At least 2 years of UAT testing experience.

Desirable experience skills:

• Relevant experience in testing Procurement systems;
• Relevant experience in testing Finance systems (preferable TechOne);
• Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with a Baseline security clearance.
