Position Overview:

We’re searching for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Caesarstone team, focusing on the Perth, WA market. Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, your primary responsibility will be driving growth and sales strategy for our retail customers, including stone masons, builders, and kitchen and bathroom retail partners. Your passion for building meaningful relationships and your natural ability to influence will be key in forging connections across your territory, ensuring Caesarstone remains the preferred choice for premium surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to win business within the retail sector, specifically targeting stone masons, builders, and kitchen and bathroom retail partners.
  • Engage with decision-makers, including builders and kitchen/bathroom retailers, to secure partnerships that drive sales and long-term success for Caesarstone.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with stone masons who are responsible for fabricating and installing Caesarstone products in retail and commercial projects.
  • Lead the sales process by securing product specifications, negotiating contracts, and ensuring Caesarstone remains the material of choice throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Represent Caesarstone confidently, offering expert insights, technical solutions, and innovative ideas that differentiate us from competitors.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage market insights to proactively identify new opportunities and support the growth of the business.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities in CRM, using insights to identify new opportunities, forecast sales trends, and measure the effectiveness of sales strategies.
