Wellness Centre Consultants (2 positions available)

We are seeking two highly motivated and organised Wellness Centre Consultants to join our small but dynamic team. As a Wellness Centre Consultant, you will play an important role within this state-of-the-art Health Centre and be an important part of the team.

The ideal candidates will have a passion for health and wellness, be holistically-minded, possess excellent communication skills, and the desire to learn more about emerging technologies in the health and wellness sector.

Must be honest, reliable, and dedicated and empathetic.

Primary Responsibilities

Work closely with the Clinic Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating all equipment/modalities in accordance with all applicable safety standards and regulations such as:

o Theta Chamber

o Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber

o Red Light Bed

o Infrared Sauna Cocoon

o Whole-body Cryotherapy

o Localised (targeted) Cryotherapy

• Responsible for the safe delivery of these therapies to the patient
• Assist in patient preparations for treatment.
• Reinforce education as it relates to the appropriate therapy (i.e. Cryotherapy or Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy for example).
• Keep complete and accurate patient records as they pertain to treatment documentation.
• Performs equipment checks and system maintenance.
• Support any appropriate accreditation.
• Participate in the safety program.
• Utilises data software for documenting any client treatments (Zenoti is our platform).
• Ensure every client has signed a waiver prior to treatment being carried out.
• Performs cleaning of all chambers/equipment in accordance with infection control procedures.
• Be able to recommend appropriate treatments based on client requirements/health issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least two years of experience in a similar position. A certification in health, wellness, medical or a related field is highly desirable.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and wellness technology platforms (experience in Zenoti platform an advantage).

· Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy of clients’ health information.

· Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data collection and documentation.

· A passion for health and wellness, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

· Willingness to learn and engage in 3rd party training (HBOT Technician) for example
