Our client, a thriving Owner's Corporation Management Firm located in Melbourne's CBD, is actively looking for an Admin and Accounts Support professional to enhance the efficiency of their dynamic and close-knit team. The Role
- Administrative support for the Owners Corporation team
- Assisting with accounts payable/receivable and invoicing
- Preparing meeting minutes/agendas
- Attending to customer queries via phone & email
- Organising maintenance and service requests
- Maintaining records and statutory deadlines
- General Ad Hoc Administration
- Assisting with financial reporting and reconciliations
The Candidate
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience in accounts support, bookkeeping, or similar financial tasks is advantageous
- Previous experience within Owners Corporation Management is beneficial but not essential
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology
- Positive and proactive approach!
