Noosa Coffee Roastery is growing fast and we are now on the hunt for a general retail manager to help us take the business to the next level.

We are looking for someone to take on the following tasks:

• Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards
• Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
• Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
• Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use
• Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
• Undertaking budgeting for the establishment
• Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Skills and experience

• Worked in a similar role for at least 3 years.
• Have the ability to work well under pressure and to multitask.
• Have a great taste for good coffee and general coffee knowledge.
• Experienced in training staff.
• Barista skills would be a bonus
