Our Client is looking for a driven Assistant Manager who thrives on building lasting customer relationships and has a strong understanding of Australian and global fashion trends, and is confident in their styling ability.

As the ASM you will support in leading the stores success by cultivating a high-performing and engaged team culture, a desire to drive strong sales performance through outstanding customer experiences and analysing sales and inventory reports to understand your store's needs along side your manager.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Responsible along with the Store Manager for the overall profitability of your store, ensuring all targets and KPIs are met and exceeded
• Support your team in achieving their own personal targets and KPI goals
• Assist with managing all costs and overall financial health of the business, with a strong business acumen for analysing these results and planning for improvement and growth
• Build and nurture a high-performance culture where you focus on your teams development, ensuring you always have the right person in the right place
• Create an environment that upholds the company standards for the ultimate in-store experience for all customers through building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Responsible along with the Store Manager for operational excellence in-store in line with brand standards and identify any operational opportunities or gaps within the store and ensure measures put in place to overcome

What you can bring:

• Assistant Store Management experience is required, preferably from premium fashion
• Understanding of Australian and global fashion trends
• A proven track record of driving top-line sales, analysing sales and ability to effectively communicate on these
• A passionate leader who is experienced in leading, developing and growing a high-performing team
• Wanting to work in a fast paced environment, and have an entrepreneurial mind-set
