About the Role
As part of the Group Tax team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality tax advisory services and ensuring compliance across multiple business units. Reporting to the Head of Tax, your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on complex tax matters, including corporate structuring, transactions, and cross-border tax issues
• Managing income tax compliance and reporting obligations both domestically and internationally
• Supporting business units with tax planning, risk management, and legislative changes
• Assisting in due diligence and tax considerations for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructures
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize tax strategies

About you

• Minimum 8 years of tax experience in a corporate or advisory environment
• Strong technical knowledge of Australian income tax and international tax principles
• Proven ability to analyze complex issues and provide pragmatic, commercial solutions
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with a strategic and solutions-driven mindset
• CA/CPA qualification and a relevant tertiary degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
