We are currently partnering with a high-net worth private family office who have been owning, investing and developing in the Melbourne Property market for over 40 years. Our client is currently looking to appoint a Development Manager.

Working closely with the Development Director and Directors, you will work on a range of property developments across mixed use, commercial, residential land and industrial sectors. This role will give you exposure to the full development lifecycle, including acquisitions / feasibility.

The successful candidate for this role will be a development professional with the following background:

• Tertiary qualifications in Property or a related field
• Proven track record working for in Development, Town Planning, or Real Estate on the Eastern Seaboard
• Ideally you have had exposure to multiple asset classes
• Excellent relationship building skills and a strong professional network
• Commercially astute
