Summary

CGC have been engaged by a well established, expanding national design & construction head contractor to recruit a forward thinking and progressive Project Manager to oversee the delivery of new build industrial and logistics projects for their key clients.

Projects are highly diverse in size and scale, anywhere up to $60m+ mainly located around the Perth metro region. They do also have some regional projects on their books, however as Project Manager, you will manage your schedule accordingly between office and site, depending on how you see fit.

The Client

Having been established 10+ years ago, the senior management team have been with the business for a significant period of time and are highly innovative in their approach, always looking to provide the best solutions to their clients problems - which is the philosophy of the business driven by the Managing Director.

The Role - Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will have the support but also full autonomy to run and deliver your own projects. We're ideally seeking a PM with 3+ years experience in a Project Manager position, with strong knowledge and experience working with structural steel and concrete in particular, with the client open to the right person coming from either a commercial/civil/industrial/NPI building background.

You will be technically strong, with a good design understanding but also a desire an interest to improve, develop and grow with the business.
