Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our high-performing and dedicated team that produces exceptional results for projects of all sizes.
About the Role :
As the Project Manager for Knox Digital, you will report directly to the experienced Senior Project Manager and you will lead and manage the junior project coordinator whilst working closely with project site teams. The Project Manager oversees the complete lifecycle of digital signage projects, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your key responsibilities include;
- Project Oversight: Lead project planning, execution, and completion of digital signage installations throughout Australia and New Zealand.
- Stakeholder Coordination and Communication: Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to meet project requirements. This is a customer facing role requiring outstanding communication skills.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones, adjusting and executing plans as needed to ensure timely delivery.
- Quotation and Tender Preparation: Develop proposals and tender documents aligned with Knox Digital’s strategic goals.
- Technical Guidance: Provide expertise to project and site teams, ensuring technical accuracy and specification achievement on all projects.
- Design Management: Oversee collaboration with (both third party and internal) engineers and drafters for precise project designs and drawings.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records, including project reports, internal reporting documentation, project logs and meeting notes.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks proactively.
- Site Visits and Inspections: Conduct site visits throughout Australia and New Zealand to ensure project compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Resource Allocation: Manage labour, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Leadership and Management: Directly mentor the junior project coordinator as well as influence and elevate all other stakeholders within the business, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and excellence.

About You:
To excel as a Project Manager at Knox Digital, you should possess:
- Educational Background: A tertiary qualification in engineering or project management is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills for effective interaction with all stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to interpret technical drawings with a solid grasp of structural concepts and electronic/digital technologies.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to work in a small and dynamic team environment.
- Organizational Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail and adept at managing multiple priorities.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
- Team Leadership: Experience mentoring junior team members and promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Innovative and Proactive Mindset: Ability to think ‘outside of the box’ with a continuous improvement attitude.
- Experience: Proven experience in project managing structural, digital or related projects with successful outcomes.
