Personal Care Worker – Permanent Part-Time

St Andrews Village Ballina is hiring experienced Personal Care Workers for Monday to Friday AM shifts only (6:30 AM – 1:30 PM / 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM).

✅ $33.03/hr

What You’ll Do:
✔ Provide high-quality personal care to residents
✔ Support a multidisciplinary team under RN supervision

Requirements:
✔ Cert III/IV in Individual Support (Aged Care) (essential)
✔ Aged care experience (preferred)
✔ Strong communication, empathy & respect for residents’ dignity
✔ Work rights in Australia (No sponsorship available)
