We are currently seeking compassionate Home Care Workers to join our team. We have openings in cleaning/domestic care duties and personal care work.

The following opportunities include:

• Immediate starts
• Salary packaging up to $18,550 per annum - resulting in less tax and higher take home pay for you
• Peace of mind knowing there are no ‘on call’ or night shifts.

Home Care Cleaner (Domestic Assistance)

• 15 hours per week and flexible days – either am or pm shifts
• $32.73 per hour plus super

Home Care Worker (Personal Care)

• 20 hours per week and flexible days, with the possibility of weekends – either am or pm shifts
• $33.56 per hour plus super

Key Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading care or domestic assistance services to our clients in their own homes, ensuring their days are filled with smiles
• Respond promptly to client needs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation

About You

• Home Care Cleaners: relevant experience is required
• Home Care Workers: a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) is required
• Current Drivers License and registered car with comprehensive insurance
• A kind heart and genuine interest in helping older persons
• A commitment to quality care and service
• Be reliable, adaptable and accountable
• Act with humility, integrity, respect and understanding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A desire to work independently as part of a dynamic and flexible team
• Be available to work morning and afternoon shifts
