About You:

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Proven experience in a Clinical Nurse role within residential aged care or a similar healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and support a team.
• A commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Sound knowledge of compliance, governance, and legislative requirements in the aged care sector.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work a variety of shifts, including days and nights.
