The Powerwall Asset Manager oversees the commercial and operational performance of deployed Powerwall battery energy storage systems across APAC. This role focuses on optimizing system performance, managing key stakeholders, and enhancing customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with Powerwall Certified Installers (CIs) and resolve escalations.
- Act as the primary liaison for Sales Account Managers, providing commercial and operational support.
- Support the Powerwall warranty (RMA) process to ensure maximum product availability and customer satisfaction.
- Work with Technical Support and Sales teams to maintain safe and efficient asset operations.
- Negotiate and manage service level agreements (SLAs) while driving cost efficiencies.
- Address legal, contractual, regulatory, and commercial matters promptly.
- Develop strategies and initiatives to enhance Powerwall business performance in APAC.
Requirements
- Strong prioritization, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to influence and guide teams effectively.
- Self-motivated and capable of independent work.
- Proactive learner with strong research and problem-solving skills.
- Educational background in Engineering, Business, or equivalent industry experience.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage high workloads efficiently.
