Caroline Springs Mazda is seeking the services of a dedicated New Vehicle Sales professional to join our established team. We are experiencing unprecedented sales growth so the ideal applicant will be hungry to succeed and committed to providing exceptional customer service to our customers. We don't need a “good talker”, we need a “good listener” , a "problem solver" who will fully engage in understanding the needs of our customers and possess the dedication to reaching the best possible outcome to their motoring needs.

Who are we looking for?

The right person will possess an eye for detail and a focus on customer service together with the following:

• Experience in a similar role while be highly regarded
• Be driven and be sales savvy
• Exceptional approach to customer service
• Maintain current product knowledge of the Mazda brand and competitor's product too
• Current drivers licence
• Vietnamese Speaking would be particularly advantageous.
• Full & Unrestricted Australian Working rights.

What we will provide

• 5 Day a week working including every Saturday
• Fully maintained company vehicle (qualifying period may apply)
• Full Training on product and sales process
• An opportunity to earn in excess of $115k p.a.
• 4 weeks Annual Leave
