The company is a market leader in providing customised sales solutions with offices across Australia, New Zealand and Europe. The Group is now looking to employ a dynamic Finance and Operations Manager to join its expanding finance team.

Your new role

Reporting to the CEO, the Finance Manager will be responsible for:

• Developing and managing financial and operational policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems
• Preparation of monthly management and financial reports against budget for the Group
• Accounts payable and account receivable functions
• Processing payroll for the group
• Preparation and filing of all statutory returns including BAS returns, payroll tax returns and workcover
• Reconciling bank accounts across the group
• Ownership of all financial processes and transactional data
• Liasing with external accountants with annual accounts and tax returns

What you'll need to succeed

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Commerce or Business (essential)
• CA / CPA qualified (essential)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in management role (desired)
• Outstanding computer skills including Advanced MS Excel
• Good working knowledge of GST, FBT, Payroll Tax and Workcover
• Experience with Xero is desirable
