About the role:

• Working with highly an experienced Partner.
• Act as trusted advisors for high-profile clients, such as ASX-listed and multi-national corporations.
• Work on corporate and securities law matters, with a focus on venture capital, equity capital markets and mergers & acquisitions.
• Prepare, draft and review documents, and undertake due diligence.

The ideal candidate:

• Lawyer with 3+ PQE, with private practice experience in venture capital and equity capital markets.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
• Client focused & commercial minded.
• Excellent time management skills, able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
