Your duties:

• Provide support and leadership to your team.
• Coordinate completion of care plans, assessments, and clinical documentation
• Liaise with residents, families, and health care professionals.
• Promote a safe working environment for all residents and staff.
• Monitor the quality of resident files, progress notes and observation charts.

Experience & skills:

• Current AHPRA registration.
• Masters/Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
• An understanding of Aged Care or willingness to learn.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised.
