We are currently seeking a Rostering Assistant/client support professional that has experience working alongside people with a psycho-social disability.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Point of call for rostering enquires
- Shift filling for client shifts within 48 hours
- Work under coordinator direction to resolve client rostering related issues
- Updating shift notes promptly and precisely
- Add in rostering billables as per Service Agreement
- Contact hospital regarding support changes to rosters, follow up hospital leave status for current inpatients and keep support worker updated.
- Process shifts cancellations
- Liaise with the Rostering Coordinator regarding support preferences for new clients
- Monitor the client rostering phone and respond to calls and text in a timely matter
- Serve as a reliable contact point with whom stakeholders, clients and their family can address client related concerns
- Ensure all correspondence is attended to in a timely manner
- Liaise with external stakeholders and agencies to maintain good working relationships.
- Document case notes where necessary
- Collaborate with clients to identify and implement value added services
- Sending Case Note reports as required
- Assisting other departments within the office with ad hoc tasks when needed
About the candidate:
- Minimum 1yr experience in a rostering or administration position
- Commitment in upholding BRAVE MINDS mission and values
- Maintain and uphold BRAVE MINDS code of conduct.
- Ability to be able to assess when a client is in crisis.
- Is person centered, client focused and culturally aware.
- Ability to analyse processes and makes recommendations for procedural development and process improvement.
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Conflict resolution skills and ability to problem solve.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a high client retention rate.
- A Disability Positive Notice card (yellow card)
- A Children Check Positive Notice card (blue card)
- A current first aid certificate
- A current CPR certificate
- A current driver’s license
- Full Comprehensive Car Insurance
This is a Part Time position located in our Nerang office
Monday - Friday 7:30am-3:30pm
