We’re looking for Customer Experience Consultants to join our team!
- Experience in retail, sales or customer roles and ready to start a new career?
- Experienced in Banking and looking for a change?
- Starting base Salary $64,687, plus superannuation and potential to earn up to 5% bonus!
- Permanent full-time hours available Monday to Friday in our Southern Stores.

As the customer face of Bank of us, you’ll get to be part of our Southern Customer Experience Consultant team, working across our Stores in Rosny and Hobart, where your number one aim is putting your customer first. What’s important is your positive vibe and a knack for uncovering all your customer’s needs.
You’ll deliver amazing service in person in store and through our telephone and digital lines, ensuring all your customers banking transactional needs are met, and because you really care about your customer, you’ll go the extra mile to support their financial wellbeing through insurance and lending referrals, where the customer has a need.
